He listened carefully to the kind of event and music I envisioned. He offered an enormous selection of music. He never failed to return my emails promptly. He was both enthusiatic and energetic. Most importantly, he was very easy to work with; he was sincere, kind, and trustworthy. It says a lot that Russ was able to get my 70-year-old aunt on the dance floor by playing Fifty-Cent.
